Snow calamity in Central Europe

Dear customers,

regarding snow calamity (40 cm in Central Europe) affecting massively the rail operations, also METRANS block trains are getting delayed. Despite all the efforts there is still not succeeded to move the freight trains on time according to valid schedule. In destination stations then there are missing railcars for further departures of our trains. We are trying the best in cooperation with our railway partners to improve the situation. Employees of our customer service will keep you informed on particualr delays of your shipments. We'd like to ask you kindly for understanding.
