Providing MRN custom number for import shipments after arrival to terminal via web (extension of METRANS tracking/tracing)

Dear customers,

our company strives long-term after better informedness on course of transport, therefore we now provide on DIRECT INFO METRANS web besides other information on transport of the shipment also:

1. Needed custom number by arrival of the block train to terminal, for purpose of releasing the goods into free circulation;

2. Information on T1 document accompanying the shipment.

You can find information on number of summary declaration MRN (evidence previous to JSD or T1), weight of the shipment in container on web pages and not least there's also possibility to view and print the T1 for transit containers (as attached pdf file).

This information is available to the transport ordering party and after simple evidence it's also possible to provide it to companies acting in declaration service only (link DIRECT CLO). Printed copy of this information may also be used as confirmation of arrival of the container to terminal for purpose of further custom clearance, without necesity of contacting our employees in customer service department personally or by phone.
